11/10 Stables approximately 20 metres
- north-west of Cotleigh House

Stables. Probably late C18 or early C19. Local stone rubble with some brick
dressings; slate roof. Low building facing east into the cobbled stable courtyard.
It is stables with haylofts over. It contains 2 front doorways, one towards each
end. The left one contains a C20 2-flap door and the right one contains a reused
C19 panelled door. This right doorway is flanked by pointed arch-headed windows and
there is an arch-headed hayloft loading hatch in the right (south) gable-end wall.
The roof is gable-ended.
