Cottage. Mid C19 remodelling. Random rubble with brick window dressings, plain tile roof, brick stack to right. One storey with attic lit by two gabled dormers; two segmental headed casements on ground floor flanking a ledged door with beading, also segmentally headed. Former wall-plate exposed indicating raising of eaves.
