Cottage. Late C17 or early C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-frame with brick, concrete block and wattle-and-daub infill, plain tile roof, no stack. One storey with gable lit attic. No windows in street front of one structural bay, C19 door to right corner; C19 extension to left of brick and narrow scantling softwood frame with door to right.

Framing: rectangular panels three high to wall-plate; right gable: straight tension braces, roof truss: three queen struts and V struts in apex, trenched purlins; three rows of restored weatherings.

Interior: chamfered and stopped beams to ground floor. Undergoing restoration at time of survey.
