Terrace house. 1789-92. Painted and rendered brick with slate roof. Four
storeys and basement, with moulded cornice and stack to right. Three sashes
with moulded surrounds and cornices to 3rd and 2nd floors, and 3 double
hung sashes with moulded surrounds to first floor with tented verandah with
iron trellis piers, anthemion and palmette-pattern valancing and heart and
wheel rails, on scrolled brackets. Two sashes to ground floor, and door of
6 raised and fielded panels to right with semi-circular fanlight in rusticated
surround at head of 5 steps. Rusticated basement with sash and outer door.
Simple rails to steps, spear head rails to area, with double domed finial
principals.
