House. Probably C18, altered and extended C20. Timber-framed with
painted brick infill, sandstone plinth and brick stack. Slate roof.
Two framed bays aligned north/south facing west with south gable end
stack and entrance to right of centre. Two storeys, two 2-light C20
windows, gabled porch with C20 panelled door. Framing fairly intact
though altered and roof raised. Three square panels from sill to wall-
plate, irregular bracing from lower rail of top panel to main post.
