Mid-C19 polychrome commercial building. Four storeys in red brick with blue
and white dressings, above modern shop fronts. Dentil and arcaded eaves cornice
in red, white and blue. 5:4 windows of 2 round-headed lights in stone with
a circular light above, white and red brick heads, blue and white band at impost
height. Band below cills of white crosses in blue. Blue motifs between lower
windows. The 2nd and 3rd floor windows have white projecting bands at heads,
above blue and white, the windows joined by bands at impost height, red dentil
cornices at cills and blue and white bands of varying patterns. First and 2nd
floor windows plain modern glazing.
