House. Early C19. Red brick with slate roof. Rear has many blue bricks
in walling. W flank wall has timber studs exposed on upper floor to
rear. Infill house with very narrow frontage and double-pile deep plan.
N front has plank door up 2 steps, a tall flush sash window to LH with
6/6 panes and segmental arch. Similar window central to 1st floor with
8/8 panes. Central chimney. Projects to rear with small 2-lights
casement windows. Included for group value.
