SO 77 SE ROCK CP NETHERTON ROAD (off north side)

5/322 Lower Norchard Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C17 with mid-C19 and some late C20 alterations. Timber-
frame with painted brick infill and tile roof. Three framed bays aligned
east/west, stack at junction of two western bays. One storey with attic
lit by casement in roughly central gable; ground floor: two windows: 3-light
casements with plank weatherings; entrance to left-hand corner has a porch
with lean-to tiled roof, and a ledged and boarded door, secondary entrance
between two windows has a wooden architrave and a ledged and boarded door.
Framing: three rectangular panels high.
