Part of a house, now shop. Late C18 with mid-C19 and some mid-C20 alterations.
Brick with hipped tile roof, stack in ridge. Three storeys, stone coped
parapet; three windows: two glazing bar sashes flanking blind window, flat
arches with stepped stone voussoirs; second floor: as first floor; ground
floor: C20 shop front with plain sign board, 2-pane plate glass shop window,
recessed entrance to left corner has a glazed door. No 54 (qv) was a part of
the same building.
