Former barn, converted to house. C17 or C18. Repaired in C19, altered
C20. Timber frame on brick base. Weatherboarded. Tiled roof, half hipped
at ends. 6 bays. Entrances in bays 2 and 5, one part glazed, inserted
casements. To rear are hipped midstreys on entrance bays, inserted
casements and entrances. Gable end to road is stock brick with
weatherboarding on upper level. Interior: straight braces, posts and tie
beams. Angled queen struts clasp purlins. Included for group value.
