Cottage
II
House. Mid to late C17, altered C19 and C20. Part timber framed, brick
ground floor and nogging, part rendered and weatherboarded. Tiled roof.
3 bay lobby entry. 2 storeys. Central entrance with later gabled hood, a
small light to left flanking C20 2 light casements. Render to front
scored to imitate ashlar. Slack behind ridge. Left end wall is C17
brick. 2 C19 3 light windows with iron Gothic glazing bars. A blocked 2
light window with chamfered brick mullion and surround on ground floor
towards rear. Weatherboarded gable and lean-to addition to right end.
Studs exposed on 1st floor to rear with brick nogging. Weatherboarded
lean-to to rear left. Interior not inspected.
