GV II

Pair of cottages. Late C18 with C19 addition. Coursed gritstone rubble with
gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof and stone gable end stacks.
Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Two storeys, two bays with single
bay recessed C19 addition to west. Two 3-light flush mullion windows with two
doorcases between, that to west C18, that to east abutting the window, a C19 insertion.
Both doorcases have C19 panelled doors. Beyond to east blocked C18 doorcase,
now filled by C20 fixed small pane window. Above, two 3-light flush mullion windows.
Set: back addition to west has doorcase with plank door and quoined window with C20
casements. Similar window above.
