12-7-67 Shepherd's Flat Farmhouse
II

Farmhouse. Early C19. Rendered stone. Gritstone dressings and raised quoins.
Ground and first floor cill bands. Plinth. Moulded eaves cornice. Hipped stone
slate roof with lead flashings. Stone side wall stacks. Two storeys, three bays.
Central semi-circular headed doorcases with stepped jambs, fluted imposts and
brackets, and moulded hood above. Flush panelled door with traceried fanlight over.
To either side, glazing bar sashes in raised surrounds. Three similar over.
