House. C18 or early C19. Timber frame on black stucco plinth, plastered
and lined as ashlar. Hipped slate roof with box eaves. A picturesque
late 2-storeys timber framed small house facing E with lower gabled rear
kitchen at SW. 2 cells main block with rear wall chimneys. Door at S
corner of E front with 2 windows to each floor. Flush 2-light
small-paned casement windows with dripboards. Cast iron casements upper
left and on Ground Floor on N end to road beside a plank door with
central window over. Rear single-storey kitchen shares a rear stack and
is probably original. Included for group value.
