House. Late C17, altered C19 and C20. Timber frame on brick base. C20
panelled pargetted rendering. Steeply pitched pantiled roof. Symmetrical
4 cell lobby entry plan. 2 storeys and attic. Central entrance in C19
tiled gabled porch, plank door, bargeboards. Renewed brick plinth.
Broadly spaced 3 light flush frame small pane C19 casements, ground
floor hoodboards. Two 3 light gabled dormers over inner bays. Central
axial cruciform ridge stack. Right end original external stack, part
cement rendered, small lean-to outshut towards rear. Half hip to left
end, exposed plates and 3 light casements. Interior not inspected. (VCH
1914).
