Farmhouse. Late C17, refronted early-mid C19 when axis of house
was changed. Red brick, the C17 part towards the farmyard has
some flint. Plain tile roof. C19 S front has 3 recessed sash
windows with gauged brick lintels, the centre one formerly a
door. W elevation is the front of the earlier house. Taller part
on right has floor band and an early-mid C19 recessed sash
window. Door adjacent has a chamfered 4-centre-arched stone
surround; to left of door are C17 long-and-short quoins. 2 C20
1st floor casements. Adjoining front left of house is alo metre
stretch of late C17 red brick wall. This returns along front of
garden as C19 wall with cast iron railings. The wall encloses a
garden to E of house.
