House, now offices. Circa 1800. Red brick with slate hipped
roof. Mauve and red brick late-C19 and mid-C20 rear extensions
(not of special interest). 2-storey front range has 3 sash
windows with gauged brick heads. Good central doorcase. Reeded
6-panel door; panelled reveals; reeded pilasters; moulded
entablature; open pediment with enriched cornice. Semicircular
Adam-style leaded fan. Triple-hung sash windows to ground floor
either side. Round-headed 1st floor central window with Gothic
top glazing bars. Flat wooden eaves with paired brackets. 6
stone steps to door with simple railings. Wall and railings
adjoin either side of block, spreading outwards to a wide
frontage. Spikes with 3-point heads. Piers at intervals with
vase finials. Single central gate.
