Cottage, formerly a lodge to Annables Manor. Probably C17.
Timber frame with C18 flint and red brick casing. Plain tile
roof. Cross wing on E end, possibly a C18 addition. Remainder
of house is lobby entrance plan with single bays each side of
central stack, the entrance formerly on the N side. 1 storey and
attics. 3 C20 casements. W part has a C18/19 door and window,
both with segmental heads. Internally the stack has a curved
staircase and exposed inglenooks.
