Mid C19. Red brick house of 3 storeys, 3 windows, with stone dressings
and concealed roof behind balustraded parapet over deep, bracketed stone
cornice. Gauged, shallow segmental arches to sash windows except for first
and ground floor left hand windows which are 3-light canted bays with stone
pilasters and entablature on each floor and balustraded parapet over. Doric
porch with frieze of triglyphs and bucrania with balustraded parapet over.
