Country house, now a Nursing Home. C18, rebuilt after a fire c.1737,
large C19 and later extensions at the rear, entrance porch on W side.
The S facade is the chief feature and is stuccoed, 11 bays, 3-storeyed
centre of 5 bays with the central 3 breaking forward slightly under a
pediment which has a sculptured relief. Balustraded parapets, side wings
of 2 storeys and 3 bays. The roofs are of slates. The interior has been
greatly altered and the original staircase removed.
