1776. 3 storey 5 window red brick front. Sash windows without glazing bars.
Very good Ionic doorcase with fluted pilasters and pediment. Back elevation has
Venetian staircase window. Modillion cornice. Hipped slate roof with brick end
stacks. Interior: Contemporary staircase, door-head and fireplace. In the Hall
are panels of C17 Dutch-gilded and embossed leather. These were brought from an
older house in Topsham. Plaster cornices in all ground and first floor rooms.
Nos 21 to 24 (consec), Nos 26 to 28 (consec), No 30 and Nos 32 to 34 (consec)
Broadway House end wall and No 37 form a group.
