Church. Late C14/Early C15, with 1879-80 rebuilding of Chancel by Christian and other restoration by Fulford. Limestone with red sandstone west tower, slate roof. 3-stage castellated tower. 3-bay nave with north aisle only. Perpendicular wagon roof, also Perpendicular pulpit and screen with restoration by Hems in 1879-80. Poor box of 1700. Bench ends. Norman font. Stained glass by Drake. (Pevsner, Devon, 1989 ed., p.441)
