Dated 1827 in the pediment facing Bartholomew Terrace. 2 storeys, 3 windows, stucco
front with pilasters and central pediment. Round headed windows on the 1st floor,
segmental headed below. Porch with Greek Doric columns and a large fanlight.
Front to Bartholomew Terrace is 4 windows in similar style. Slate roofs.
All the listed buildings of Bartholomew Street West form a group.
