Pair of houses. C17, remodelled late C18/early C19 and with
C20 alterations. Frontage of red brick in Flemish bond with
timber-framing to gable of right return. Plain tile roof of
varying height with central brick ridge-stack and 2 renewed
gabled dormers.
EXTERIOR: single-storey and attic; 3-window range with gabled
rear wing. Windows are 6/6-pane casements, those on ground
floor having segmental heads and brick segmental arches, that
on right replacing former door. Doorcase on left (to No.4) has
segmental brick arch and C20 door.
Right return has been remodelled to provide side-entrance (to
No.2A).
