Villa. c1820-1850 with late C19 ground-floor bays. Ashlar over
brick with slate roof. Double depth plan with central hallway.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Pilasters to ends
and between windows, frieze and cornice, blocking course.
First floor has central blind opening between 8/8 sashes, in
plain reveals and with sills. Ground floor has outer canted
bays with 1/1 sashes and pilasters between, entablature and
frieze. Central entrance a panelled door with overlight,
within doorcase with Doric columns, frieze, cornice and
blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
