Cottage. Probably early C19, repaired early C20. Rendered and colourwashed, slate roof to gable ends; end brick stacks.

Plan : rectangular on plan; number 72 attached at right angles to the rear (q.v). Single room depth, central hall with a room to each side.

Exterior: two storeys, asymmetrical two window front, to left C19 16-pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes, to right two-light C19 12-pane casements, that on the first floor rising above eaves level slightly with a raking hood. Central door opening, C19 plank door with two glazed lights to the top, handsome cambered wooden hood on brackets, above recessed plaster-roundel with an incised starfish motif.
