House. Probably early C19. Rendered and whitewashed gable-ended slate roof, two brick stacks, one rising from eaves to the left, one to the ridge to the right. Right gable end with slate hanging.

Plan : Attached to No.11

Exterior: two storeys, ground drops away to the right to form a basement. Two storeys, symmetrical three-window front, early C19 16-pane sash windows in reveals. Central door opening, plank door, gabled wooden hood on brackets. Flight of seven stone steps up to the front door, slate treads with half-round nosings, iron railings. Cambered head door opening to the basement to the right, divided plank door, two-light casement to its right.
