Cottage. Mid C17, altered in C20. Rendered cob walls. Gable-ended thatch roof.
Rendered rubble stack with dripcourses at right gable-end.
Plan: internal partition now removed but originally 2-room plan with larger heated
room to the right which has had a C19 staircase inserted at the rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Regular 2-window front of C20 casements - 2-light on the 1st
floor, 3-light below. Central C20 stable type door under thatched doorhood.
Interior: rough chamfered cross beams. Fireplace has ovolo-moulded wooden lintel
with run-out stops.
