Pair of cottages originally one house. Early to mid C19. Rubble walls. Hipped
slate roof. Rendered brick axial stack.
Plan: U-shaped plan consisting of a 2-room and central entry front range, a wing
behind its right-hand end and a rear wing parallel to the front rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 2-window front of original 16-pane sashes
on the 1st floor and 2 canted 3-light bays on the ground floor with 8:16:8 pane
sashes. Central C20 glazed porch. Garden front to right has 12 and 16-pane
original sash windows.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey but likely to contain original joinery such
as staircase, panelled doors and shutters.
