House. Partially mid C17, and partly early C18. Faced with coursed and squared
limestone rubble with Welsh slate roof. 2-storeyed with attic, 6 bays. 2 bays
to the left are of C17, containing a 2-light mullioned window on each
floor to the left and to the right a 3-light wood mullioned window with stone
mullioned window above it. In the gable wall, a tier of stone mullioned lights.
Doorway to the left of the C18 section, a 6 panelled door in a stone architrave.
3 wood mullioned and transomed windows beyond and above, with flat arched
stone heads with incised keystones. In the rear wall of the C17 section is
a single column, perhaps part of a former collonade. Arms of Brudenall family
in gable apex. Gable and axial stacks.
