Farmhouse. Early - mid C17 possibly with earlier origins, extended in C19.
Rendered cob and rubble walls. Gable-ended slate roof. Brick stack at each end and
projecting rendered rubble front lateral stack.
Plan: 3-room-and-through-passage plan, lower end to the left; and hall heated by
front lateral stack. Passage now blocked by C20 straight-run staircase. C19
addition at left-nand end probably a dairy or outbuilding originally.
Exterior: storeys. Asymmetrical 4-window front of mid - late C20 2-light
casements without glazing bars. Central part of house projects parallel with the
lateral stack. C20 plank door left of centre. C19 addition set back from left-hand
end with C20 glazed porch.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey but may contain features such as exposed
ceiling beams and open fireplaces.
