Pair of houses. Circa early C18 with C19 and C20 additions. Rendered cob and
rubble walls. Gable ended thatch roof. Brick stack at either end.
Plan: original plan not entirely clear but likely to have been a 2-room plan house
which was divided into 2 cottages with a C19 outshut added at the right-hand end and
C20 rear additions.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3 window front. Left-hand cottage (No. 13) has
2 lot floor windows and one on ground floor of C20 1 and 2-light casements without
glazing bars. C20 plank and part-glazed door to right. Adjoining that is C20 plank
door to No. 12 which has early C20 2-light casements and an outshut against its
right-hand end.
Interior: inaccessible at time of survey.
