Cottage. Probably C18. Roughcast rendered stone rubble and cob. Thatch roof with
plain ridge and gable end brick stacks.
Plan: Probably 2 room and cross-passage plan, lower end to left, but interior not
inspected.
2 storeys. 2 window range. C19 fenestration, 2 light casement 6 panes per light to
left and 3 light casement, central light 3 panes, outer lights 2 panes. Ground floor
has 3 2 light casements, 6 panes per light. Early C20 brick porch with shallow lean-
to slate roof. No rear outshuts.
