Cottage, early C19. Colourwashed rendered rubble with slate roof with brick stack
at each gable end. 2 storeys, 2 window range. Window openings with flat brick
arches. 2 light and 3 light casements over 2-light window to left and C20 casement
to right of central slated porch. Half-glazed door. House extended into single-
storey outbuilding projecting at right angles to left. Included for group value.
