Former farmhouse. Mid C17. Painted rendered walls, under graduated greenslate
roof with large square C17 rendered stone chimney stack and smaller C20 chimney
stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Top-glazed 6-panel door with C20 side light under
wooden lintel within slate-slab gabled porch. Casement windows with glazing
bars in plain reveals and smaller ground-floor firewindow to right. Interior
has inglenook with massive firebeam, heck partition and salt cupboard recess.
Beamed ceilings in both ground-floor rooms, joists in left room supported on
massive beam. Right-angled extension to left and barns to right are not of
interest.
