Farmhouse. C17 possibly earlier origins. Rendered stone rubble and cob. Slate
roof with gable ends. Tall rendered front lateral hall stack with offset and bread
oven projection. Stack at left end with tapered cap.
Through-passage, hall and inner room, lower end possibly demolished.
2 storeys, 3 window range. C20 fenestration. Hall bay breaks forward slightly
with gabled dormer to 2-light casement 4 over 6 panes to each light flanked by 2
light casements, 6 panes per light to left, 8 panes per light to right. 2 light
casements to ground floor 8 panes per light to left, 6 panes per light to right.
Gabled slate roof to porch to through-passage at right end, with 6 panelled door,
the upper panels glazed. Lean-to at right end with asbestos slate roof. C19
outshut to rear at lower end with scantle slate roof. C20 2 storey outshut at
upper end.
Interior altered but earlier fabric probably concealed.
