Farmhouse. C17 with later addition. Stone rubble, the front facade roughcast,
slate roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Slate dripcourse to ground floor of 3rd bay,
and part of dripcourse to 1st bay. Most windows have casements. 2nd bay has
sashed windows with vertical glazing bars to both floors. 3rd bay has
small-paned fixed glazing to ground floor window, with opening lights, the left
hand end divided off by mullion, probably a fire window; entrance to right. 1st
bay has entrance and lst floor loading door. Gable-end stack and 2 cross-axial
stacks. Returns have lean-to outbuildings. Rear has gabled wing, casement
windows and one small light to left of wing. Interior has 2 upper cruck trusses
and some plank and muntin partitions, ovolo chamfered beams and original doors.
