SX 76 NE STAVERTON

Detached house, said to be on the site of an earlier house. Circa 1835-40 with
later extensions in same style. Stuccoe. Slate hipped roof with paired brackets
to eaves soffit. Moulded band at first floor level and rusticated quoins. Two
storeys. Original house three bays with one bay extension to right (north). Sash
windows with glazing bars in moulded architraves. Doorway to centre of original
house with panelled door and rectangular fanlight. Parallel range at rear (west)
which projects at south end to road. Rendered chimney stacks.
