2 adjoining houses, c1700 coursed rubble with brick quoins and window surrounds,
interlocking tile roof. The Cottage rendered and the Old Farmhouse originally
rendered. Old Farmhouse of 4 window range and the Cottage of 3. Sash windows
throughout. Flat arches to windows and wooden lintel to door. Shallow
chamfered beams internally.
