2-storey terrace of 3 cottages, circa 1835, on site and incorporating materials
of east wall of medieval pariah church, North, west and east sides completely
windowless : random ironstone, partly plastered, quoins brick with some grey stone.
South side to gardens, plastered, has 2 windows plus central door (segment-headed)
to each cottage. Hipped slate roof, 2 brick chimneys on ridge.

Nos 21, 21a and 22 Holdenhurst Village form a group.
