Farmhouse. Early C19. Regularly coursed coal measures sandstone on a shallow
plinth, with brick end stacks, and a hipped slated roof with projecting eaves.
Two storeys, three bays with glazing bar sashes set in plain surrounds, those to
the first floor lower than the ground floor examples. Central doorway with
six-panelled door and rectangular overlight, within a gabled trellis work porch
with decorative bargeboards.
