on north side of East End)

Farmhouse and cottage beneath single roof. C18. Regularly coursed gritstone blocks
with projecting quoins, coved eaves, coped gables and moulded kneelers, end and
intermediate ridge stacks and Welsh slate roof. Two storeys and attics, irregular
elevation with single and 2-light window openings, with projecting stone frames
and flat mullions, generally with C20 frames. Blocked window to west end ground
floor, quoined opening to first floor at east end, now partially blocked to form
window. Two quoined door surrounds with massive lintels, that to the east end
with stone segmental hood.
