garden railings,

GV II

Cottage. Early C19. Coursed, squared, dressed gritstone, Ashlar gritstone dressings
and quoins. Slate roof with stone ridge. Large stone gable end stacks with plain
banding. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Moulded eaves cornice. Two
storeys, three bays. Central doorcase with plain bases, elaborately reeded surround
with projecting square corners with flower head motifs. Above, small bracketed hood.
Glazed and panelled door with rectangular fanlight over. To either side, glazing bar
sashes in plain surrounds. Incised fluted keystones. Three similar above. Attached
to front original railings and gate on shallow stone base. Arrow head and urn finials
