Probably originally C18/early C19 and possibly part of same terrace as St Anne's and Kimbolton Cottage (q.v). Altered in later C19 and later. Red brick with grey brick headers. Modern tiled roof with gable at south end. 2 storeys. 2 windows, generally sashes with stuccoed lintels and arched lights. 2 storey brick bay at south side, and door at north side in brick porch with iron balustrade above.
Grade II for group value.

Holmefield College, Winkton Lodge Cottage, St Anne's and Kimbolton Cottages, Clifton Cottage, Willow Cottage and Bumble Bee Cottage form a group with Monks Revel and Gosfield Cottages opposite. (Holmefield College and Winkton Lodge Cottage are of local interest.)
