Cottage, C17. Coursed rubble, slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks.
To the right is a possibly later extension. Single storey and attic. Ground
floor has 2, 3-light wooden casements with glazing bars flanking probably C19
porch. Above are 2 wooden dormers with 3-light wooden casements with horizontal
glazing bars. Roof timbers said to be modern. "RCHM, Dorset, Vol III", HMSO,
1970, p 280, no 28.
