2 storey cottage on corner site where road divides. C18 front to Long
Street of 2 window bays and doorway. Plaintile hipped roof. Roughcast
front. Sash windows in reveals; no glazing bars. On ground floor to right
hand splayed 3-light bay, each light with a sash window. Half-glazed door;
flat hood on deep cut brackets. In left hand return, a sash window without
glazing bars; on ground floor 2 sash windows without glazing bars; outshut
to left of this. Adjoining against south-east end of house. Roof of plaintile
forms a pentice with main roof. North-west end also of roughcast with
2-light casement with small panes above. To south-west, wall of stone
rubble with window below.

Kingston Cottage, Kingston House, The Vines with outbuilding to South-East
form a group.
