GV II

Cottage. C18. Timber framed and parget plastered. Red plain tiled gambrel
roof. Right and left red brick chimney stacks. One storey and attics. 2 grey
slate catslide dormers. Single storey red pantiled extension to left. 2:2
window range, those to extension of 3 lights with centre transoms, those to
cottage of small paned horizontal sliding sashes. Some exposed timber frame
internally with through bracing to walls. Brick fireplaces with segmental
arches and iron tie bars to soffits.
