Lobby-entrance house, C17. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with handmade
red clay tiles. 3 bays aligned approximately NW-SE with axial chimney stack
in middle bay, forming a lobby-entrance. Rear wing from SE bay, forming an
L plan. 2 storeys. (Rear wing single storey with attic.) Door at front
of tiled gabled porch, C20. 2 window range of C20 casements. Chimney stack
has grouped diagonal shafts. Symmetrical front elevation. RCHM 20 (then in
parish of Harlow).
