Stucco string at first floor level. Moulded stone cornice and blocking course. Hipped slate roof. Centre block has a hexastyle Ionic portico across it of Portland stone on raised stone base; balustrade mentioned in previous list removed. Glazing bar sash windows, five on first floor and four on ground floor with balustraded panels below in recessed openings under portico. Central door with radiating wreathed fanlight and strip pilaster frame, acanthus leaf capitals and cornice. Returns of centre break have full height canted bays plus three ranges of windows. West bay window has verandah balcony on first floor.

Side wings have short two storey link of one window (three light in recessed segmental arch on ground floor) and end pavilion with large segmental bay of three windows. All ground floor windows have recessed panels under cills. West end of rear block has end piars with blind oculi on first floor and niches on ground floor.

To north: Servants quarters. Three storeys (note change of floor levels). Symmetrical wings each of four windows. Colourwashed brick. Central recess with a large arched stair window and single storey outer hall between wings with later Porte Cochere (fluted Greek Doric portico) and plain arched doorway.
