C17. Flint with brick quoins, and dressings and eaves courses. Hipped tiled
roof. Flanking lean-tos. 2 ranges of windows to north and south (former chimney
on north side taken down. Interior: cross beams to roof which support queen-posts.
(The only remaining building of Toot's Farm).
